Since it’s a limited time special offer, certain

All sessions must be paid for at the same
time. The price does not include gratuity.

This special offer is available to purchase
from Inna Mazur, the sole owner and operator
of The Massage Factory. If you would like
your sessions with another therapist, please
contact them directly to inquire about
availability – although we share the same
location, we are all independent
practitioners and separate businesses.

page. The sessions must be used with the
same therapist.

You can share your sessions with another
person (e.g. your husband, wife, friend,
sister etc.) However, only one session can
be used at the same time. For example, if
you would like someone else to get a massage
at the same time with you, that person will
be responsible for their own payment.

If you are buying the sessions as a gift,
you will be mailed or emailed one gift
certificate per package. Please include the
recipient’s name when purchasing online.
Multiple certificates will NOT be issued.

If you are purchasing the sessions for
yourself, you will receive a punch card that
can be either mailed or emailed to you. We
buy our blank certificates from an outside
vendor and it helps us to save on gift
certificate costs. If no recipient’s name is
included on the online purchase form – we
will assume that you are buying the sessions
for yourself and send you a punch card.

You must present the gift certificate or
punch card at the time of service. Lost or
destroyed gift certificates or punch cards
will NOT be replaced.

Appointments are subject to availability.
Prior to making a commitment, please make
sure that our hours and location will be
convenient for you.

You can use your sessions for ANY type of
massage as long as it’s the same price (for
example, deep tissue, Swedish, Reiki etc.).
